Brown's installers came out Saturday morning at the time they said they would be there and immediately got to work. They were very professional and considerate. (They had to go in and out of the house and they shut the door after using it I did not have to ask them to do so.) The work was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up their mess. I was very impressed and will use them when I am ready to replace the carpet in our frog with hardwoods to match the rest of the house.
